Still Time to Act
The House is expected to vote this week on the Safeguarding American Voter Eligibility Act (SAVE Act, H.R.22). The vote, originally planned to take place last week, was delayed due to procedural issues.
NETWORK adamantly opposes the SAVE ACT and is urging House members to vote 'no' on this partisan House Republican bill.
Those involved at NETWORK say the bill's title is deceptive as millions of eligible Americans--Indigenous people, newly married women, un-housed persons, and more--would be prevented from voting due to draconian documentation requirements.
NETWORK says the House needs to hear from all people who are against the bill. Please click here to find out how to get involved.

Making Our Presence Known
More than 15 Sisters from the Columbus Motherhouse joined 5,000 in Columbus and 5 million across America to speak out against government actions that threaten social services, education, immigrants and more. These “Hands Off” demonstrations took place around the world.
Those Sisters who were not able to join the March helped by creating signs and offering prayer for Sisters who attended.
