Peace & Justice Update
More Notes from Sisters in Haiti
As this Dominican Month of Peace Focusing on Haiti continues, we bring you more notes from Sisters who are witnesses to the hardships there.
The people of the country face violence, insecurity and forced confinement. And the Sister-missionaries in Haiti appreciate our support and prayer.

Here is another writing from a Sister:
There are 160 young children at the school and many used to come here for meals. But we have difficulty paying employees because parents aren't contributing to the effort, and we are unable to find sponsors like we found in the past.
The pediatric center is busy and continues to operate 4 days a week. We offer outpatient, pharmaceutical, laboratory, vaccination and nutrition services. We see 30 to 35 children a day, aged 0 to 17.
