Peace & Justice Update
Calling for a Responsible Budget
Justice Promoter Sister Gemma Doll
attended a “Day at the Capital” on March 25. Along with many local faith leaders, she worked to encourage a budget for Ohio that reflects Christ’s values of mercy and care for our neighbors.

She met with a number of representatives personally with the day’s message, “Budgets are a moral document,” encouraging support of food pantries, free school meals, $1,000 child credits, and affordable housing for all.

While Sr. Gemma is not shown, click here for a news story from the day.
