A Call for Accountability
A protest entitled "One Big Ugly Invoice" was held today against U.S. Representative Mike Carey outside of his Columbus, Ohio office today.
The demonstration aimed to demand legislative accountability from the Republican incumbent representing Ohio's 15th Congressional District.
A giant symbolic "ugly invoice" was there as a commentary of Carey's legislative voting record, which those who gathered argue contributes to rising costs for groceries, gas, and healthcare while favoring billionaire profits
